The main feature of shared games is the community cards, which are common for all players at the table. The community cards can be used by all players for forming hands. In Texas Holdem Poker each player receives 2 cards face down. 5 down cards dealt on the table are called community cards. When the cards are dealt players make bets and then the dealer turns up 3 community cards. One more betting round follows. One more community cards is turned up and one more betting round follows. The last card is flipped, a final round if betting ensues, and finally a showdown in which players make their best hands using their two pocket cards and the table's five shared cards. The player with the strongest hand is the winner.
