In Stud Poker players receive only some of their cards at the beginning of the game. The rest of the cards are dealt during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name- Stud Poker. Players are dealt one cards face down and one card face up in 5 card Stud, 2 cards own and 1 face up in 7 card Stud. The game starts with the player to the dealer’s left. There is a betting round after the deal and then each player is dealt another card.
