Pick'em Poker is a newer and more unusual variety of video poker, at least compared to the more traditional games of Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild. What's interesting about the game is that it has more in common with stud poker than draw poker, and it has a potentially tremendous payout percentage - 99.95 percent if played with perfect strategy. As you know you receive five cards in other video poker games, but in the case with Pick'em Poker you will receive 8 cards. Two of the cards are face up on the left, and then there are two stacks of three cards each on the right. After the deal you can see four cards as the top cards of the sets of cards on the right are up. You have to hold the two cards on the left. You have to hold them till the end of the game. But you have to decide which of the right sets of cards you want to hold. The other two cards of the tree-card stack will be turned up as soon as you decide which one to hold. In fact this fact determines the outcome of the game. You have to make a right choice. The hand is formed of the two cards on the left and three cards you have left on the right.
