In comparison with traditional video poker games Pick’em Poker is a newer and unusual video poker game. What's interesting about the game is that it has more in common with stud poker than draw poker, and it has a potentially tremendous payout percentage - 99.95 percent if played with perfect strategy. Instead of receiving five cards like you would normally receive in most other video poker games, you receive eight cards. Two of the cards are face up on the left, and then there are two stacks of three cards each on the right. After the deal you can see four cards as the top cards of the sets of cards on the right are up. You have to hold the two cards on the left. You have to hold them till the end of the game. You do get to pick which of the two stacks of cards on the right you want to keep though. The other two cards of the tree-card stack will be turned up as soon as you decide which one to hold. So basically, in Pick'em Poker, you're choosing one of two three card hands every round. Two cards on the left and a stack of three cards you have left on the right form a hand.
