When playing Stud Poker players are dealt only several cards from the very beginning. The rest of the cards are dealt during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name- Stud Poker. If you play 5 card Stud you will receive one card face down and one face up, 7 card Stud – 2 cards face down and one face up. The player to the dealer’s left begins. After the deal there is a betting round. Each player receives one more card. There is another round of betting and all cards are dealt face up except the last card. The last card is dealt to each player and the showdown occurs. The player with the strongest hand wins.
