In Stud Poker players receive only some of their cards at the beginning of the game. The rest of the cards are dealt during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name- Stud Poker. Players are dealt one cards face down and one card face up in 5 card Stud, 2 cards own and 1 face up in 7 card Stud. The game starts with the player to the dealer’s left. After the deal there is a betting round. Each player receives one more card. One more betting round and the players are dealt all cards face up, except the last one. The last card is dealt to each player and the showdown occurs. The player with the strongest hand wins.
