Poker is played with a regular deck of 52 cards without Jokers. Poker can be said to be a game of luck and chance. One can be a pro in Poker, but when the cards are dealt luck is the same for everybody. There is a table with maximum and minimum bets next to the dealer. You should read this table before you start playing. Each player makes at least the minimum bet and receives 5 cards face down. After this first deal the first round of betting starts. You must at least call to stay into the game. It is up to the player to decide which cards he wants to keep and which to throw away. You can hold all the cards as well as discard all of them. You will get the same number of cards in place of discarded ones. Then the second deal and the betting round follow. After the final betting round there is a showdown. The hands of the players are compared. The player with the strongest hand is the winner. Classic Stud Poker Hold.
