A 52-card deck without Jokers is used in the game of Poker. It is pretty much a game of chance. Sure there are a lot of professional players out there but the chance is always the same for anybody to get the right cards or not. There is a table with maximum and minimum bets next to the dealer. You should read this table before you start playing. Players make their bets and then each player is dealt five cards face down. After the first deal players have to make bets. You must at least call to stay into the game. Afterwards you have to decide which cards you want to keep and which ones you want to throw away. You can hold all the cards as well as discard all of them. You will the same number of cards instead of those you have thrown away.
