To win the Progressive you must have bet three coins and get three Fruit Fiesta symbols on the third enabled payline. 

The Progressive is displayed as credits not as coins. In other words, if the Progressive is 5,600 this refers to 5,600 CREDITS that could be won and not 5,600 coins. 

All other payouts are made in coins. The only coin size available in Fruit Fiesta is a 0.25 credit coin.
